SoCal Grantmakers (SCG) is pleased to announce the call for applications for our inaugural 2022 evolve Executive: Leading with Purpose. This exciting four-month peer-learning professional development program provides foundation leaders and trustees with a space and time to pause, reflect, and retool their approach to philanthropy

Please fill out this application to be considered for the 2022 evolve Executive: Leading with Purpose program. Your application will be evaluated on your ability to commit to all the sessions in the program, type of foundation, and the overall mix of applicants, with a goal of offering a diverse, yet cohesive cohort.

Payment

Please choose your payment option. Please note that payment for the program is not due at this time. Participants will be invoiced for the full amount prior to the start of the program.

$6000 for participation in the full curriculum without executive coaching. $7,500 for participation in the full curriculum and three 1:1 executive coaching sessions.

COMMITMENTS

If selected, I will attend and participate fully in all of the scheduled virtual and in-person sessions.

The cohort will meet twice each month on the following Fridays from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm PST. Please note that there will be two in-person convenings with the rest of the sessions conducted virtually.

COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY

SoCal Grantmakers (SCG) is committed to implementing appropriate policies and taking necessary actions to create a safe and comfortable meeting environment, and to the extent possible, protect the health of everyone who attends or participates in our 2022 evolve Executive: Leading with Purpose.

I knowingly and voluntarily accept and agree to comply with SCG’s COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols and any applicable Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), State of California, or County of Los Angeles COVID-19 mandates and guidance that are more stringent than SCG’s Protocols and in effect at the time of the event.

I knowingly and voluntarily acknowledge and assume any risks and dangers associated with possible exposure to, or illness from COVID-19 and its variants while attending or participating in the event.

To the fullest extent permissible by law or in equity, I knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, and discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against SCG and its affiliated partners, vendors, and sponsors, including without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, including but not limited to illness, bodily injury, or other economic loss, which arise or may hereafter arise from my attendance or participation with the event.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENT

In alignment with current policy, every person attending or participating in the program must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and its variants, including any boosters recommended by the FDA and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Proof of vaccination must be provided to gain entrance to the event. Vaccination requirements may be waived for medical or religious reasons only. If a waiver is requested, an SCG staff member will be in touch to provide information on obtaining a negative COVID-19 test, which will be required in place of a vaccine in limited instances. There will be no exceptions to these requirements.
